Hello.I hope my web will keep you up to date on my activities as a Grove Green councillor in Leyton and Leader of Waltham Forest.

I was very proud to have been elected Labour Group leader and Council Leader during May of this year.

Our priorities over the coming year will be to protect ,were we can , the most vulnerable people in our borough,to continue to drive up education standards and to wage war against all those who bring misery to our residents with anti social behaviour.

Enforcement against flytippers and those who litter our streets will be a big priority.

I have already taken action ,with my fellow cabinet member Terry Wheeler to open up the Archade site in Walthamstow for temporary public use and we will soon be on the streets in Leyton to crack down on litter.

Our councillors newsletter for this quarter is now available on line and through your door.

Best wishes, Chris Robbins
